Like a stealthy wolf in sheep’s clothing, our Riesling is slightly sweet on the outside yet packs a punch. It has a core of acidity that grabs your attention and makes it food’s best friend.
VINTAGE
The 2025 vintage kicked off with bloom early the first week of June, brought on by a dry spring which continued through all of bloom time, setting the stage for successful vintage.
NOTES
Clean and zingy, this wine bursts with apricot, pear, pineapple, and touch of mandarin oranges on the palate. The sweetness is balanced with bright green apple acid.
