Using the same méthode traditionelle process as the original Evolution Brut Sparkling, we created this lovely pink version predominately using pinot noir.
Our Evolution Sparkling Rosé has a delicate nose with hints of red fruit and white flowers. Fresh strawberries and tart cranberries dominate the palate with a hint of vanilla on the finish.
