With the skill of our winemaking team and a love for Pinot Noir, our 2024 Evolution Pinot Noir is so delicious that it will knock your socks off, literally. We sought out to evolve Pinot Noir to make it the anytime wine. It’s the wine for the imaginative food lover. Evolution Pinot Noir celebrates the any-food occasion. Dangerously juicy and fruit-driven with a sophisticated silk. This bottle of Pinot makes enjoying a young Pinot Noir wine so easy to drink and share.
WINEMAKING
We didn’t start bringing fruit in until late September and it kept casually rolling in until October 27th. This gorgeous fruit was destemmed, then fermented to dryness over 7-10 days with pump-overs to mix up the magic. The final wine was put down for a seven month slumber in stainless steel with a touch of oak influence.
VINTAGE
This was the dreamiest vintage! A mild summer and early fall meant the fruit got to just hangout on the vine and really develop a solid personality before being harvested.
NOTES
The Willamette valley never fails to produce beautiful fruit flavors in its Pinot Noir. Taste notes of rich cranberry and raspberry cola flavors followed by a hint of baking spice.
