Meet the Evolution Mobile Wine Bar!

We’re hitting the road and bringing the wine with us.

We built this beauty to bring Evolution (and Sokol Blosser) wines straight to the people because great wine shouldn’t be stuck at the winery, no matter how scenic the view.

You’ll find our fan favorite Evolution White, food-loving Pinot Noir, and a rotating mix of other delicious varietals onboard. And of course, our gourmet frosé, often crafted with estate-grown fruit and a lot of love from our culinary team. It’s a wine slushie – elevated.

Whether it’s a festival, wedding, private party, community event, tailgate, or corporate gathering, the Evolution Wine Trailer is designed to roll in, pour up, and bring the good times.

Why? Because Evolution was born from a love of music, and we’re turning it up to 11. Expect tunes, fun loving energy, and plenty of delicious drinks wherever we roll up.

We’re kicking things off with our Evolution Pour Tour a mobile celebration of wine, music, and connection, starting with our debut as the Official Wine of the 2025 Rose Festival.

Custom-built to turn heads and raise glasses, the trailer is more than mobile—it’s a vibe.
