Wine
Our winemaking team likes to relax at the end of a long work day, and what screams ‘calm down’ more than the delicate hue of pink being poured into your glass. Like a bowl of fresh, red summer berries Grenache brings a fruity punch to Rosé. The refreshing zing of acid on your palate keeps you cool when the sun is shining down!
Winemaking
These grapes were grown in the gorgeous Cali sunshine, so picking the fruit on the early end of the ripening cycle keeps the acidity in the fruit and reduces heavy tannins. A long, cool fermentation in stainless steel captures the fresh fruit and floral aromatics and maintains the zing of that gorgeous acidity from the fruit to make a refreshing glass of wine!
Notes
Discover a bright floral bouquet of gardenia and strawberry on the nose. The palate is a summer feast of fresh strawberry shortcake and a hint of white chocolate. Rooty tooty, fresh and fruity!
Pairings
Pair with a creamy cheese, curly fries, or onion dip with ruffled potato chips.
