Evolution. It just about boggles the mind. How does it happen? Why did it happen? Where is it going? And how does the monkey factor in? It’s best to leave all that to the great thinkers. Like our winemaker.

What WE need to concern ourselves with is this: Evolution is a lush, off-dry and somewhat tropical wine with a crisp finish. While some think of it only as a summertime adult beverage, those who are more evolved know it to be just about beyond wonderful all year long.

Evolution pairs well with tailgating in the fall, holiday parties in winter, springtime picnics and, of course, summer shenanigans.

And as far as food is concerned, try it with spicy Asian and/or Spanish cooking, seafood, anything spicy or bold or, even, as an after-dinner drink.

So grab a bottle, chill, pour, sip, chill…and think how you might evolve.
